Lucas and Pamela lost their father in a crash involving a plane he built himself. Since then, Lucas has been trying to repair it to fulfill his dream—and his father's—of flying, while Pamela is torn between letting her brother live out his dream and fearing he might meet the same tragic fate as their father.
